Refund Policy

1. Digital SaaS Subscriptions

Utkal WP provides digital SaaS (Software as a Service) products. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate provisioning of resources upon payment, all subscription purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service for the remainder of your paid billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be granted at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Major technical failures preventing access to the core platform for more than 48 hours.
• Billing errors or duplicate charges.

4. Meta / WhatsApp Fees

Please note that if you are using the Official WhatsApp Cloud API, any conversation charges levied by Meta are separate from Utkal WP's subscription fees. We cannot refund Meta conversation charges under any circumstances.
