By accessing and using Utkal WP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

Utkal WP provides a WhatsApp CRM platform, including shared inbox capabilities, automated workflows, and broadcast messaging through both Official and Unofficial WhatsApp APIs. You understand that your use of the Official WhatsApp API is also governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or any other unauthorized advertising.
• Transmit any material that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of third parties.
• Violate the WhatsApp Commerce Policy or Business Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Utkal WP offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed securely. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of your access to the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Utkal WP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
